Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We ship from Rotterdam, Netherlands. Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-3 business days. European delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders above €75 within Europe. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
