By accessing and using Elavoire, you agree to be bound by these terms. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Orders & Payments

All orders are processed through our secure checkout powered by Shopify. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, iDEAL, and other local payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Elavoire and protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Elavoire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
